About Product Delivery

Shipment will be made by DHL within 3–7 business days after order confirmation (pre-order items excepted).
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges of products shall follow the provisions below.

If there are defects in the item purchased, the defective part will be checked and we will respond with an exchange or refund.
Procedure
・Please contact customer support (customer@teloplan.co) within seven days of receiving the products.
・Please note that returning the products after 8 days will not be accepted.
・A refund will be made if the same item is out of stock.
Products that cannot be exchanged or returned
・Merchandise that is damaged, stained, wrinkled, or has an odor (including perfume) that differs from the delivered condition
・Other signs of use that do not qualify as good quality
・Merchandise without tags or accessories
・Merchandise repaired or altered for the customer's convenience
・Merchandise with a non-return policy stated on the product page
・Merchandise purchased from places other than our official online store
*Products purchased outside our official online store cannot be returned or exchanged directly. Please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.

“Cooling-off” applies to door-to-door sales. There is no cooling-off system for this website since it is an online shopping service accessed directly by customers.
